FONE ZONE

This shop sells many different products. However, their warranty conditions are very poor. Only a 1-week warranty on their products. That is NOT permitted by law. We bought a fan there. The first one broke after just a few days. We were given a new one. That one worked for 2 months and then broke down too. This time, no replacement, repair, or anything like that. And the most disturbing thing was..... The employee was very rude. The only thing she said was: Yes, you only have a 1-week warranty. No apologies, no "how unfortunate," or anything like that. What a terrible business !!!

Replaced the screen of my phone within a day of the replacement arriving from Miami! The shipping is the longest wait, but the service was smooth right after. Grateful they were able to help me as I was not able to use the authentication services for work or school for several weeks. Zero issues with my phone since March. Very pleased!
