Made an appointment online in advance via their portal. Everything was perfectly on time despite the busyness. Confirm your arrival 10 minutes before the appointment and you receive a queue number. Employee Ms. Jansen was very helpful with processing the documents. We deregistered our house and transferred ownership to a new owner.
