Super luxurious, and you are truly taken care of from head to toe. They also don't stick to the clock but really make sure they just finish what they are doing. I can go home feeling relaxed again. Very disappointed with my experience at Ç Spa & Wellness Papagayo in Curaçao. I booked an appointment in advance, showed up as scheduled, and then—15 minutes before my appointment—they canceled on me. The reason I was given was that another client didn’t show up, so the therapist was leaving for the day. That is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Instead of honoring my confirmed booking, they tried to push me to the next day as if that fixes the issue. It doesn’t. People plan their time, especially while on vacation, and last-minute cancellations like this are extremely frustrating. Communication and customer service were poor, and there was no real effort to make things right. I would not recommend this place if you value reliability and professionalism. There are plenty of other spas in Curaçao that respect their clients’ time—this is not one of them.

C-Spa at Zanzibar – Disappointing Experience I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately our experience at C-Spa was very disappointing. Our appointments began about 20 minutes late and the overall process felt disorganized from the start. My friend and I both booked facials, yet the treatments we received were noticeably different. Her facial included facial and neck massage, while mine involved very little hands-on work and long periods simply sitting while products were applied. During the facial a high-frequency device was used that repeatedly shocked my skin and felt uncomfortable. Since the treatment I experienced significant swelling around my eyes and irritation on my cheeks, which was concerning. When we mentioned at the front desk that the experience was “just okay,” there was no attempt to follow up or address the concern. After contacting the spa, management acknowledged the issue and offered a 40% refund, stating someone would deliver it to our hotel. Unfortunately no one ever arrived and no further communication was provided. The lack of follow-through on their own resolution unfortunately reflected the same disorganization we experienced during the appointment itself. The space itself is pleasant and the staff were polite, but the inconsistent service, concerning use of equipment, and failure to honor the promised resolution made this a very disappointing experience.
