The stay could have been amazing if The Reef: 1. Avoid putting guests in units next to construction sites. Our place was literally next to an active construction site with construction beginning at 6am every day. 2. Add electric cost to booking cost rather than telling guests when they arrive to turn everything off, including their AC, when they’re not in the unit, or if the room is not being used. Guests do not want to come back to a blazing hot unit after going out nor do they want to have to think about possible extra charges for using too much electricity. 3. Control the ant issue. We had a never ending ant problem in the living room and kitchen. 4. The curtain in the living room was sheer and did not cover the entirety of the glass doors. This was problematic, especially with construction workers looking right into the unit. In addition, it meant the living room was exceptionally hot and you want guests to turn off their ACs. 5. Ensure the bathroom construction was done properly to prevent shower water from the flowing into the rest of the bathroom & the bedroom. One of the showers was rendered completely useless because the water flowed into the bedroom. The poor construction and ventilation left two of the bathrooms smelling musty and moldy. 6. Do not enter the unit without guest’s permission. We returned one day to find evidence that someone had been in our daughter’s bathroom (toilet seat left up, clump of hair in toilet, fan turned off), and despite asking if someone had entered the unit while we were gone, no one ever replied. 7. Walk guests through fundamental unit operations.

Very lovely but didnt like how cleaning lady used aircoditioner when its off and also left out lights on while we were but for the most lovely place would deff come again

Had a wonderful time in a particularly beautiful apartment, definitely worth repeating.

The experience was very good. The service was excellent and the apartment was superb. We will be back. Best regards.

Very nice and well-equipped. The air conditioning isn't sufficient because the windows don't completely seal it off from the outside. The TV didn't have an antenna to receive basic channels.
