This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional logistics experiences we’ve dealt with. We were charged more than double the expected shipping costs, which also increased our import taxes. Our cargo was repeatedly split into multiple shipments, causing major delays. Items that were supposed to arrive by the end of October 2025 are still incomplete as of March 2026. When shipments did arrive, several items were missing and many were damaged or broken. We were told everything was insured, but after three months we still have no update. We have repeatedly asked for the name of the insurance company so we can contact them ourselves, but this information has never been provided, which makes us seriously question whether the insurance is even valid. On top of that, items purchased directly from stores in Colombia were removed from their original packaging and repacked into different cartons, supposedly because of customs, which raises further concerns. Communication has been inconsistent and we are still waiting for clear answers. Unfortunately, these delays have affected our business and cost us clients.
