I drove all the way here from the east side of the island because I understood they sell hardwood. I wanted some information, but the communication between the gentleman behind the counter and me wasn't clear because I didn't quite understand what he meant. This was probably due to my lack of knowledge, which is why you go to a specialty store hoping to be helped. Instead, he showed irritation and little patience, and after that, he had no intention of helping me in any other way. What a shame. And a waste of time to drive all the way here and not receive friendly service, even though I came for something minor.
