Today, my girlfriend took our dog to this place for a haircut. When I went to pick him up later, it turned out that nothing had been done to his coat. Yet we were charged 115 XRG for a service that was simply not provided.
Upon arrival, we had to wait 20 minutes because the staff member, Alexandra, was late. The woman we had made the appointment with had no idea what needed to be done even though my girlfriend explained it to her three times, in three different languages.
As if that wasn’t enough, we were also charged an extra 15 XRG for nail trimming, even though our dog’s nails clearly hadn’t been trimmed at all. No apology, no explanation just pay and leave.
A very disappointing experience. No professionalism, no communication, and absolutely no service. We will never return.
