HipHuis Curacao

The location seems a bit remote compared to the old store in Riffort, but the store is now much larger and more comprehensive, and you can easily reach it from Caracasbaaiweg. It's a great place to shop. Friendly people who put a lot of effort into this store. I'll definitely be back.

Bought super cute wall spotlights at HipHuis....so happy with them! Received great service and it arrived quickly from the Netherlands...and really nice stuff, you never get tired of looking at it! Thank you HipHuis

Extremely rude and unwelcoming owner. Customer service is what makes a business great and this business will not succeed with the way they treat their customers 1) We were not greeted upon entering and were walked through and made to feel like we were a nuisance being there. 2) When we had some clothes to try and asked if they could be placed in the changing room we were told we could only have 3 items and were not helped at all. 3)Never were we asked if need any help 4)We decided not to buy any clothes in the end due to the poor service and when we gave the clothes back we were rudely asked where the coat hanger was and were completely dismissed Thankfully my mother in law confronted the owner and as we were walking out all she could say was "I'm glad you found the door" As visitors to Curacao this is by far the worst customer experience we have ever seen around the world. We have a lot of family here and will be making sure they all know how we were treated, who I am sure will tell their friends also. This is the real price of bad customer service and had you put in a little effort with your customers, the result would have been much different I hope this is a valuable lesson to you and you can improve the way you approach and value your customers

This is just a quick update on Hiphouse in Riffort, Curaçao. I spoke with the owner and we had a good chat; I am retracting my previous review and giving 5 stars now. Everyone has an off day sometimes... Nice shop for shopping.
