This 5 star should be a 10!!!!! ATTENTION PLEASE READ ABOUT THEM BEING SO FABULOUS!!!! 🩵 My son is on Royal Caribbean and in the rough seas his contact case must have gone down the drain. It was his new pair because he had thrown away the ones he was wearing and wore glasses Sunday while at sea. On Monday they frantically looked everywhere. I ask AI and it said ask the ship desk and they will reach out to an optical place near the next port! They told him there were none close. Royal Caribbean could definitely learn from you! My son didn’t have WiFi because that’s why he goes on vacation. I started googling and chatting through WhatsApp with Mi Optica and they went above and beyond to help find his prescription that I sent a picture of! We started chatting at 1:17 and finished at 6:15, with them closing at 6! 🩵 They even offered to deliver them to the port when they docked Tuesday morning! They made a sign with his name and told me they would be in a business uniform. They were absolutely marvelous! My Son text me to say thank you and said she even had a case and saline solution which we didn’t think about! I will definitely have to travel to curaçao to meet this business and these fabulous people!!!! My son text shortly ago telling me… Mom you saved the day and the trip! He said the lady was so nice he will be doing a review also! This business saved the trip for my Son and has given me hope that nice people still exist. I’ve never experienced this in the USA!!! Thank you very much Mi Optica!!!! 🩵🩵🩵
