A case of once but never again.
I picked out a pair of glasses in December 2025. Ordered lenses with the same prescription as my current glasses. After more than a month, I picked up the glasses; the prescription immediately seemed wrong. Tried them for a month, but unfortunately, my vision remained poor. When complaining, the staff kept insisting on an eye test. A week later, during the eye test, they immediately concluded that no eye test was necessary; the lenses simply had to be the same as my previous glasses.
Today, I enthusiastically picked up my new (?) glasses. Upon putting them on, I immediately felt like the earth was turning away.
The experts at Pearl quickly concluded that this was not due to the new lenses, because they were the same prescription, etc., as my current glasses.
I just walked away...
My glasses were stolen from a beach and I had no spare set. I gave them my prescription and I had a new pair in less than 24 hours. They were a life saver! Highly recommend.
I walked in because my contact lens order hadn't been delivered in time for my departure to Curaçao. I was helped very kindly, and they looked for a solution and a compromise. Completely to my satisfaction!!
Horrible service. The lady at the balie was horrible. She spoke very rude with my husband (we asked if they could check our eyesight and the number in the spectacles that we were carrying, instead of politely informing us that we need to take an appointment she spoke very harsh and not upto standards of the brands that they showcase) sorry for the store to have such an employee...had to give one star but actually it's ZERO STARS
