I came in with a problem with the screws on my laptop , and they helped me resolve it quickly. The staff were incredibly friendly, honest, and helpful. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend them!
A few days ago I had a problem with my 10-year-old computer. The old graphics card had an overheating issue, and the monitor went dark after a few minutes, making it impossible to access the data on the hard drive.
