A few days ago I had a problem with my 10-year-old computer. The old graphics card had an overheating issue, and the monitor went dark after a few minutes, making it impossible to access the data on the hard drive. PC Connection helped me quickly, competently, and affordably. I highly recommend PC Connection to everyone.

I went to this shop because I dropped my laptop and the screen stopped turning on. Initially, a very kind person helped me and told me to come back on Monday. While we were talking, a woman arrived who seemed to be the owner. From the first moment, she greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable.
Just by looking at my computer, she knew exactly what model it was, explained what the problem might be, and despite being very busy, she attended to me immediately and gave me priority. The best part was that, when she realized it wasn't necessary to repair any parts or use replacements, she didn't charge me a single penny. She told me I didn't owe her anything, just a smile.
That gesture touched my heart. I wanted to thank her with 100 florins, but she wouldn't accept them. I persisted so much that she finally told me, jokingly, that if we ever saw each other in Pita Mai, I should buy her a drink.
I wanted to leave this comment so more people know that places and people like this still exist. Honest, professional people with incredible human qualities. This world needs more people like her.
If anyone knows a way to contact her directly, I would love to thank her again and invite her to celebrate life as she deserves.
