Made an appointment a week in advanced. Waited 30 minutes for no one to help me. When I complained because I was tired of waiting I got told I needed to have patience. There were no other clients, staff was too engrossed in talking to one another. Would not recommend.
I fell on vacation and both my lenses fell out of the frames. On Saturday afternoon, I asked Pearle if they knew a solution. I received very friendly service right away, and within ten minutes my glasses were repaired. This was free, as they said. So happy with it. It's great that such shops with friendly, service-oriented staff still exist. Excellent.

5 months agoBroken glasses during vacation, very annoying. Went to Pearle and received excellent help. The glasses were repaired for free. Great service.
