Long story short, I was involved in an accident with one of their clients who was completely at fault and even admitted responsibility at the scene. Despite this, the claims department was disrespectful and argumentative, and the story kept changing throughout the process.
Important evidence was ignored or withheld, and I ended up paying for damages caused by their client. Very poor service and lack of professionalism. Worst insurance company I’ve dealt with on the island.
