Ugh... find another bank to choose. It's been noting but a hassel. Took me 6 months to open an account, my husband, a year. Faster and easier to open a 2nd account vs asking my husband to mine. ATM's either refuse to dispense money or eat my card. 3rd card in 2 weeks, all visits required a hour minimum of standing in line to ask a question. Also, was just able to get online banking last week, after calling, standing in line, calling, and standing in line. Just to ask a simple question.
Using a bank shouldn't be so difficult or consume so incredibly much time. Not for a normal person.
