I walked away and hope the client after me benefited from that. I came to you for a second opinion, but you won't be seeing me again.
Not worth a single star. Called the emergency number since they are supposed to be reachable for emergencies. Vet Daan answers and asks us not to call anymore and to go to our own vet. It is one o'clock at night and the dog is choking and having seizures, our vet isn't answering and neither is the rest of the nation. Sadly, the dog didn't make it, thanks Daan!
I don't write many reviews because that's always a reaction to 1 moment. But I owe it to all the pet parents to say something about this clinic, specifically about Doctor Liane Martis. She cares sincerely and wholeheartedly for all her patients. It doesn't matter whether it's day or night, a working day or weekend, a one-time or regular customer, she will do everything she can to help. We urgently needed help over the weekend. We called every single vet in Curaçao that has an emergency number outside of working hours, and only Klinika Parera answered the phone and helped us, of course. None of the other vets even called back to ask if they could help.
The staff at Klinika Parera also left a very positive impression.
I can recommend this clinic and Doctor Liane Martis without hesitation. Thank you again Dr Martis for all your help 🫂🫂
