House 1038 was very dirty upon arrival. The pool, sofa, cushions, floors, and cupboards were all filthy. The bed had obviously been used, and there were mice and rats in the house.
The pool was cleaned of animal droppings the same day, but the beds weren't cleaned until the next day, and the cushions weren't cleaned at all.
The kitchen was well-equipped. There was a very nice sea view.
I was not able to get any response after sending an email to request a booking, nor was my WhatsApp message requesting a reservation responded to (at all). It appears that all available rentals are booked "by request", meaning that guests will not receive instant confirmations, so it was both confusing and concerning that both emails and WhatsApp messages were not promptly responded to.
